Sr. M. Harriet Receiving her Ph.D

Sister Mary Harriet of Shillong, North East India receiving her Ph.D at a ceremony in November last year.   The title of her thesis was "Television as a medium of information for social change- A study of rural Meghalaya."

Now Sister is lecturing at St Anthony’s College, an institution run by the Salesians of  Don Bosco. She teaches in the departments of Mass Communication, Video Production and Media Technologies. These are under graduate professional courses. Mary is also the College Student Councilor and the Vice President of the Women's cell in the college.
