The Physically challenged children are a major issue in most villages of Bijapur district. Their families fail to cope with this problem and such children are considered a curse to the whole family. Many lack basic needs and have serious health conditions.

Kuchinda village in Odisha, there are several primary schools but the annual Status of Education Report shows that the quality of government primary education in Odisha has declined. School infrastructure is very poor and very badly maintained. There is very little access to quality education for tribal children.
