Dear Sisters and Friends
Advent is a time when we start to reflect and wait for the Lord’s coming into our world at Christmas.The gospel of the first Sunday of advent invites us to stay awake, because we do not know when the master of the house is coming… “ And what I say to you, I say to all : Stay awake! ” (Mk13:37). We are challenged to be watchful, awake and aware of the needs of people in our world who are suffering from wars, natural calamities and poverty, who need our care and concern. We who have been blessed, share our blessings; our time, our friendship and our support with those in need through the generosity of giving a gift that makes a difference in the lives of these people.
It is your Partnership with the RNDM sisters throughout the world that enables such a difference to be made in the lives of thousands of children and families. Thank you and God bless you and your families with joy and peace at this Christmas and through the New year for your love and support.
